More GOOD NEWS: We have been joined by Beckett Shuholm (Trumpet), Peter Enblom (Trombone) and Dave Budimir (Bass Trombone). Also, Tricia Lerohl is back! (French Horn). What a fabulous horn section! These great players are keepers.

Our debut album, launched at the North Garden Theater in St. Paul, Minnesota, was a project with 200 supporters and our release event was standing room only. We are so grateful to everyone who contributed to our recording project! We recorded, mixed and mastered at Creation Audio, a legacy studio in Minneapolis, with some of the finest recording engineers around. 
Co-produced by Peter Johnson and Brass Lassie founder Laura MacKenzie, the album sounds fantastic.

We have received significant airplay, including on NPR's "Thistle & Shamrock", MPR's "Radio Heartland", Album of the Month on SHMU-FM, Scotland, Hands Up for Trad's "Footstompin'" Podcast out of Edinburgh, and numerous Celtic and trad music radio programs around the globe.

While busy with the album project, we enjoyed performing at a variety of venues and festivals, including Icehouse Minneapolis, Crooners, main stages at the Minnesota Scottish Fair, Irish Fair of Minnesota and the Rock Bend Folk Festival.

Since our debut in 2016, we've also performed at the Vintage Band Festival, Normandale Lake, McNally Smith auditorium and a major stage at the Minnesota State Fair, adding intriguing and exciting new material to every performance event, and welcoming many new friends and fans along the way.
